All Shows are All Ages.

Tickets are sent electronically, usually within 48 hours.

All Sales Final. 

All venues are barrier-free, smoke free facilities.

Please respect the artist and others attending the show by keeping conversation to a minium during the performance.

In consideration of those who have allergies, perfume or cologne should be used in moderation.

Please respect others by turning off or silencing all cell phones and electronic devices during the performance.

Flash photography and video recordings are not permitted unless authorized by Music by the Bay Live.

Uxbridge Music Hall:
Seating reserved through Star Ticketing at point of purchase.
Tickets are subject to 13% HST, ticket fees and Music Hall Improvement Fund.
Tickets purchased 10 days or earlier to the performance date can be mailed. Tickets purchased 9 days or closer to the performance date can only be picked up at the theatre box-office.
Payments for online orders can only be by credit card. Star Ticketing accepts all major credit cards including: VISA, MasterCard, Amex, & JCB.
So that everyone can enjoy the performance and in consideration of the performers, latecomers will be seated at a suitable break.

Additional Notes:
The main floor level is accessible however there is no elevator to the balcony level.
Beverages are not allowed in the balcony but can be enjoyed on the main level at Uxbridge Music Hall.

Goodwood Community Centre:
General admission.
Tickets are subject to 13% HST and ticketing fee.
Tickets are sent electronically. Doors open at 7pm. It is recommended you arrive early to choose you preferred seat.

Avalon Lounge:
General admission.
Tickets are subject to 13% HST and ticketing fee.
Tickets are sent electronically. Doors open at 7pm. It is recommended you arrive early to choose you preferred seat.

Brooklin Community Centre:
General admission.
Tickets are subject to 13% HST and ticketing fee.
Tickets are sent electronically. Doors open at 7pm. It is recommended you arrive early to choose you preferred seat.

Town Hall 1873 Centre for the Performing Arts, Port Perry:
Seating reserved through Arts People at point of purchase.
Tickets are subject to 13% HST, ticket fee and Town Hall 1873 seating surcharge.
Tickets are available online & may also be purchased by phone or in person at the Town Hall box office. The Box Office is also open 1 hour prior to all shows.
So that everyone can enjoy the performance and in consideration of the performers, latecomers will be seated at a suitable break.
Note: Beverages are not allowed in the theatre but can be enjoyed in the reception area of Town Hall 1873.

St. Francis Centre:
Seating reserved in order of purchase.
Tickets are subject to 13% HST and seating surcharge.
Tickets are sent electronically. Purchaser will be notified of seating assignment prior to performance.
So that everyone can enjoy the performance and in consideration of the performers, latecomers will be seated at a suitable break.

Cancellations:

In the event of performance cancellation, a full refund will be issued with proof of purchase.  All Sales Final
